I take a human-led approach to innovation, design and change. I look deep to understand client, employee and customer needs to identify opportunities for change and meaningful impact. I help reimagine ways of working and deliver new experiences for internal and external customers - consumers, employees, & stakeholders.
What I do. My work has been driven through collaborative, co-design ways of working with individuals, groups, and project delivery teams. I have led teams with skills across the design continuum, including strategic, CX/EX, service, user experience and user interface design. I work across multi-disciplinary teams including project managers, business analysts, solution architects, data scientists and change specialists. Together we design & deliver a desired future state experience.
When design thinking is applied to strategy and transformation, the success rate for innovation dramatically improves. By putting people’s needs at the core of what organsiations do, we can deliver sustainable and ethical business transformation.
